Another  short and sweet, here is the levelling guide, this time for construction. It has the basics and the most direct levelling route from 1-99, more immersive information will be added at a later date/after checking working content.

 Portable Sawmill - Can be placed near a bank to quickly turn logs into planks of wood, to save teleporting back and forth to the sawmill, this is particularly helpful for ironmen. 

 

Portable Workbench - Can be place near a bank, lasting 5 minutes each. They can be used to make flatpack items saving the need to teleport to and from your player owned house in order to get supplies out. 

         Diamond Donator - If you are a Diamond donator rank, you'll have access to the ;;ddz (diamond donator zone) command, this area has a portable located close to the bank that is unlimited and can be used by both regular and ironmen accounts. 

 

 

 

Portable Deposit Box - Can be placed down for 1 hour, they have the ability to note and unnote items when they are used on it, if you place this down in your player owned house and leave it will despawn. 

Workshop - This is one of the best rooms to have if you are looking at saving money, you are able to build a Armour Stand, that allows you to repair your items that you would normally repair at bob for less depending on your smithing level.

Costume Room - Again another must have room to build in your house. Give you the ability to build;

• Mahogany Armour Case
• Mahogany Treasure Chest
• Marble Magic Wardrobe
• Magical Cape Rack
• Mahogany Toy Box
• Mahogany Fancy Dress Box

Each of these can the be used to store specific items, if you talk to diango located in Velheims ;;home bank, he will sort though your bank and automatically add them to storage, if you are as lucky as I were, diango free'd up 204 bank spaces for me with this.

Before we begin, if you are not ironman you will be able to get everything you need from the Grand Exchange. A Grand Exchange Clerk can be found at ;;home and everyone's house is pre-bought and located in Rimmington, you can find Rimmington on the teleports hub (Ctrl+t)

The following items can be made either inside your house or on a portable workbench producing flat packs.

Portable WorkBench: Offers the same experience as building in your Player owned house anywhere it is placed. 

Constructor's Outfit: Provides 1% bonuses Experience per piece.

Builder Bob: Perk costing 500 Velheim Coins, 50% chance at saving any materials while building inside your house.

 Pulse Cores: 10% core bonus xp for 10min (Stacks upto 60mins), 50% bonus is also applied when equipping the pulse core.

 Vote Books: 50% increased xp for 15min/book

 

Don't forget about the well of goodwill and/or double xp weekends for even more xp gains!
