Looks like I figured it out. The top of the raffle states the content count it 3. Means you have to have commented or posted at least 3 times. There are rules and suggestions for making your comments meaningful and not just spamming a post. So make sure you find a forum post that really calls to you and give it a thoughtful response.

Really wanting to know the same thing. Since discord exists for most servers and I've been away I tend to not post here. Just want to know what I need to do for the content score.
