First of all, this is a very pleasant application to read through, love the layout.
As a second, i see you helping out all the time, and you do it professionally. You're a friendly guy and we've had some banter from time to time. In my opinion that you've never been a staff member doesn't matter. You need to start somewhere!
With that said, i think you would be a great addition to the staff team.
