[What is the strongest combat method/BIS gear for each]

If you need the gear setup its usually which one is available and you're comfortable using.

RS3 guide for armor and weapon is usually pretty good but for some boss like Araxxi which you can control its attack style and also affects its drop you may want to use certain type of setup

Best Gear Setup for melee would be full
Full Trimmed Masterwork armor
Essence of Finality Amulet with its special attack
Ring of Death is pretty nice but u can use luck ring if you want.
And maybe cape from fight Kiln? im not too sure

For Ranged it would be
Elite Sirenic Set
Essence of finality again with with its special attack of your choice
Ring of death or Luck Ring
And Fight Kiln cape? im really not sure if there's better cape in Velheim so far.

For Magic its
Elite Tectonic Armor
Celestial Handwrap would be nice
Essence of Finality Amulet with its special attack
Some ring maybe luck ring

Correct me if im wrong on all of that, it's the one that i know

For weapon, food, and inventory its usually how you like to do it and different for some boss so maybe watch some tutorial and experiment on your own!

[Anime recommendations?]

Have you watched Isekai Shokudou?
Its pretty nice and slow anime about a restaurant serving food in another world, isekai type of thing

Promised neverland is also good if you like thriller-horror type of anime and also the manga is nice

Also an old one like Parasyte is nice thriller horror kind of anime? maybe

ah and yes the newly sono bisque doll wa koi wo suru anime is fantastic + the fanservice is nice. The manga is a nice read too!
