  1. Can't deny, nor confirm that information as I never actually utilized those.
  2. They should sit there until claimed by you, if you somehow have any issues in the future (in regards to claiming donations) - then you can post a thread here and they'll be handled by Sandstorm.
  3. Updated: @Asgardian Added to Trial Support (as of the 5th of July). @NubonmyPC Added to Trial Support (as of the the 18th of July). @Bjorn demoted after going MIA.

Though I cannot name everybody, it is much appreciated in making events more satisfying for both achievements, and for the competitions themselves. If you haven't already, please comment any feedback on this thread made specifically for it. Again, thank you - and congratulations to all.
  5. For this post, we will also be allowing those of the Brazilian community to speak in their preferred language so that they can give their opinions without being limited in their speech.
  6. To be honest, I agree. The banter in chat.... can sometimes can be "risqué" - it's general its just extremely hard to find that line of what is approved and what isn't. I think that changing the 'Help' chat to a 'World' chat would probably be a good idea, and moving most "newbie" questions to Discord wouldn't be a bad idea either. Given that players would be able to reply at most times, even when they're not playing is a nice thought to have.
  7. Update: First team to just complete the entire log will claim first place, getting PMs about not wanting to wait until the last day for RNG to decide who wins, so we'll let RNG decide earlier. In Simpler writing: First team to complete all drops, takes first. 2nd, and 3rd, are still decided after the 10th day.
  8. Would've been nice to get comments about BH2... before it started. Guess I'll just let it run its course.
  9. Update: 2nd July. AOD Set Completion only requires 1 chest rather than all 4, you can still get all 4 for max points. Vorago has been removed due to reported bugs which scuffed kills. 10. Event Date: Starting on server's daily reset of the 1st of July, ending on server's daily reset of the 11th of July. Total Duration: 10 days. Hello players of Velheim! I am extremely excited to bring to you a special PVM event, Boardhunter II. With some lovely exclusive rewards to win, make sure you get involved! **The Event will be following the servers time to prevent people getting confused with different timezones.** This Event involves obtaining at least one of each of the specified unique items within the time frame of the event, as teams of (up to) 4. The team which finishes with the highest point count wins. May RNG be on your side, because we all know you will need it. Now, for the unique(s) table which will be applied to this event: they can be found: HERE (updated 2nd July)! *Last Day Steadfast Scale changed to Ragefire Gland to prevent duplicates on list, thanks @Kavraka for letting me know* Vorago also removed due to bugs that make it bar impossible to complete fights. To summarize, it is limited to drops that are announced via the global drop announcements, with no dupes counting. >This is done so that players can keep track of their completions, by using screenshots from the #server-feed channel in our Discord< Updated: 2nd July! ------------------------------ Now that the teams have been locked in, I'm here to introduce an interesting gimmick. Plan around the newly implemented gimmick/s, it shouldn't be too hard - everybody loves some bonus points! Bonus Points Days, are exactly what they sound like - get any 3 of the 5 listed drops on that specific day, and get 6 bonus points. Should you only get 1/5 or 2/5, then you will get 2 bonus points, or 4 bonus points respective to the number of items obtained. *Note: These points stack with the regular drops point rewards. Set Completions, are also exactly what they sound like. Finish a set of items from ANY listed monster, and get 2 bonus points for each. These bonus points are limited on a per-boss basis. Complete the KK list? +2 Points. Get TD's singular item? +2 Points. You get what I mean. *For Set Completions, when it comes to AOD (Costume Chests) - only one is required to complete the log* You can still aim for all 4 to get the most points. All you'll have to do is list which logs are completed at the end/last page of the Google Doc, as shown in the example doc. ------------------------------ Clarification for Bonus Points If you get a drop that is on the bonus points list, but not on THE DAY that it gives bonus points. If you get that drop again, on the day of the bonus points, you'll get the bonus points. *In the above case, replace your old screenshot, with the new one* REWARDS 1st Place Team: Each member will receive the following; The Exclusive Boardhunter II Champion (#9933cc) title, the Umbral Akh Pet, the Umbral Cloak as a cosmetic override, and additionally, each member will receive 25x Bonds. 2nd Place Team: Each member will receive 35x Bonds. 3rd Place Team: Each member will receive 25x Bonds. Participation reward: Each member of a team with at least 30 Unique Points will receive 5x Bonds (Excluding the top 3 winners). RULES The rules for this event are as follows. IMPORTANT Point Tallying To win you must obtain as many unique drops as possible, tallying up by points. The team with the most amount of points within the time frame - is crowned 1st place. The first team to achieve maximum points first, also takes the crown of 1st place. Update 4th July: First team to complete all items on the drop log now wins by default. With 2nd, and 3rd places still being decided by points after the 10th day. Progress Tracking Once you have received an announced item, you MUST screenshot the drop info from the #server-events channel in our Discord. By using a Google Document save it in the following format: The format can be found in the following Google Document Should a team fail to save a drop they had obtained during the event period, and attempt to add it after - that drop will be ignored. Teams are now locked in! Any comment edits will be ignore, and all the teams can all be seen: HERE! Though feel free to PM me regarding any issues. Good Luck! 11. It's sad that #20 had to be specified - if it didn't happen so often, and if it wasn't such a public issue, this change wouldn't have been needed. It took some long deliberation on whether #20 needed to be added but as a result of some events in the past few months it was, unfortunately, a necessity. I just hope that the FC can be, at least somewhat more positive & calm than before.
  12. Welcome to the server & the forums, hope you enjoy your stay here!~
  13. Ninja logs lookin like patch notes
  14. It's always a pleasure to see an introduction
  15. Hello, hope you're enjoying Velheim - and welcome to the Forums!
  16. Unfortunately, there are plenty of new players that would use that button to simply skip the simple tutorial that was implemented before - which resulted in very basic questions (that were explained in the tutorial) being asked in the Help FC.
  17. Greetings fellow Ultimate Iron-fellow. This guide is going to be kind-of small, but will outline some very important pieces of content to help you start on a UIM. Things to know You can mostly follow my other guide; Ironman Handbook: Progression. With the exception that you have to manage your inventory space wisely, and that you can't do Dungeoneering whenever you want due to having items on you. Starting off your account. Dungeoneering: At the start of the UIM experience, I would suggest starting with Dungeoneering. You can't do Dungeoneering when you have items so you'd ideally focus on that first. Try to set yourself the goal of getting most, if not ALL unlockables (skilling scrolls) from the Dungeoneering Reward Shop. Other than the skilling scrolls, aim for a Bonecrusher, and at least a single bone necklace - regardless of its tier, these will come in handy in the future. The reason you only really need to focus on these listed above is because you can do Elite Dungeon trash-runs later in the game to get Dungeoneering EXP. Rather than the forcing yourself to the "conventional" Daemonheim dungeoneering runs to train. *After Dungeoneering - don't forget to grab a pair of Silverhawk boots from the Oddments Shop, or Diango* These are BIS Hybrid Boots up to Lv65, and when charged, provide some very nice Agility EXP with no effort. Invention Once you've finished with your Dungeoneering goals, set your eyes on Invention. Invention requires levels 80 in the following skills; Crafting, Divination, and Smithing. For Crafting, I'd suggest Gem Rocks in Al-Kharid Mine - just mine them, cut them, drop them (you can turn the Rubies into Bolt Tips for Ruby Bolts in the future). *For the above, you should hopefully have enough combat levels from Dungeoneering for the Scorpions to no longer be aggressive* For Divination, the conventional method of training paired with doing GCTs is recommended. For Smithing, you just do it normally - there are no "special" or "suggested" methods to train this skill. The skilling tools made with Invention are nice to use, you'll want Invention to make specific accessories in the future (more info on this in my Progression guide). Another reason for wanting to rush Invention are the Invention Machines. You'll NEVER turn on the Generator, so these will be some extra storage. You're able to create up to 6 total machines - personally I suggest 3 Disassembling Machines, and 3 Alchemisers. This will give you a total of 18 storage space in the machines. Machine Storage Priority As for Storage Priority, you'll want 3 slots for Runes ( Blood, Death, Soul) - ignore this if you get a Rune Pouch from the Vote Shop. 3 slots for Consumables (1 food, 2 potion - ie; Sharks, Prayer Potions & Weapon Poisons - these potions are obtained from ED trash runs). 2 slots for useful Herblore Supplies ( Bloodweed, Searing Ashes), and the rest of the slots are up to you - but these are what I suggest to keep. Managing your inventory/gear. When it comes to managing your inventory as a UIM, you want to focus on a few things. For the majority of playing, you'll want to utilize either; easy to obtain/store buyable gear, or long-term-use Hybrid Gear. *For the above I recommend using the starter Pathfinder gear, or Monk Robes until you get Dragon Rider gear* For specific early styles, Lunar from the Oneiromancer has amazing usage for low-level magic gear and will carry you with mage for a LONG time. Other than Lunar, there aren't really that many "good" options for other styles. For Melee there is Proselyte which is great since it has a good prayer bonus. The Hybrid Gears that I'd suggest other than Pathfinder/Dragon Rider are; Akrisae ( Augmentable), Crystal Armour, Attuned Crystal Armour, and Anima Core of Sliske (inc Refined, both Augmentable.). *Though I'll specify again, you can use normal gears that you earn instead of Hybrid gear - Hybrid Gear just saves time and space.* When it comes to Inventory management, you'll want to hold Clue Scrolls (Degrade all BUT Elites, down to Easy & Elite where applicable). You'll want to hold onto an Enhanced Excalibur for its healing effect, Cape swaps such as Mage Arena Capes, and Avas (ignore once you get any Skillcape). Weapons such as; the Polypore Staff, Bane 2h +4, Attuned/Crystal Bow are effective one-slot weapons. The Polypore Staff requires charges and not conventional spells, the Bane 2h can be upgraded to a Dragonbane 2h for KBD afking in the future (can also be augmented). Other gear slots: Pocket, Ring, and Necklace. For these slots I would recommend the following. Illuminated Book of Wisdom for the pocket slot, bought from Jossik and completed with the pages from clue scrolls. Asylum Surgeon's Ring (i) for the ring slot, bought from the Vote Shop in order. Bone Necklaces from Dungeoneering, they work in tandem with the Bonecrusher for almost infinite prayer points - bought from dungeoneering. Other necklaces I would recommend are; Blood Fury (Hybrid + Healing passive), Amulet of Souls (Passive boosts SoulSplit's effect), Essence of Finality (Has both AOS and Reaper Neck Passives + spec storage), Grace of the Elves (Solely for skilling - hold in your keepsake storage, or inventory) Keepsake Storage. Storing items in the Keepsake storage is essential for Ultimate Ironmen. The basis is that the Keepsake Function on Velheim. You can store normal equipment as cosmetic overrides in the Keepsake Storage. This feature means that you can store up to 50 pieces of equippable items in the Keepsake Storage. To Keepsake an item, all you have to do is use a Keepsake Key on the item you want to store. You can get Keepsake Keys from Solomon's Store in the SOF Tab, the online Store, the Wise Old Man for Loyalty Points, or the prestige shop. When you want to retrieve an item that you have stored, go into the SOF Tab > Customisation > then go into the Keepsake Section with the button on the top right. From there, click the item you want to retrieve and click the button to do so. This is mainly to store items that you otherwise would not need in your inventory, or items that cannot be stored anywhere. Examples of these are Guildmaster Tony's mattock and Tavia's Fishing rod. This also applies to most, if not all augmented gear that you aren't currently using. If you can sacrifice the inventory slot to hold that equipment, then feel free to hold it in your inventory. But in the longrun, with multiple offensive weapon styles (magic, range, melee) then you'll need to utilize the keepsake storage. This guide is still mostly a WIP, but I'll update it whenever I feel like it tbh - it's a LOT of work explaining UIM strats. Its mainly just managing inventory, inv machines, and keepsake slots - and still following the Ironman restrictions.
