First off, make sure the Server is online. This can easily be done by checking Velheim Discord channel - Server-Feed. Internet related Have you changed anything regarding your Internet/Router settings? This includes the usage of potential VPN. Possible Router/Internet card update? Certain ports blocked/changed? If you have changed anything, change it back and test again. It may be as simple as restarting the router or you may have to go into your router settings and test different options. Firewall related The Firewall may block the connection/ports. Try disabling Windows firewall or your antivirus program if it handles the firewall, and see if you can connect to the Server. Spoiler Make sure that the inbound rules for Java is open and set to Public; Also as stated above check your antivirus program if it handles the firewall Issues still there? Nothing worked? Js5io Spoiler Js5io Js5io - Has to do with not being able to recognize your cache location Your cache should be located in your User-folder. User-folder Location Spoiler User-folder Location Start by finding File Explorer folder. You may have this Icon on your taskbar or search for "file explorer" in your search bar. Once it's opened click this small arrow to bring down a menu, in there you'll find your User-Folder In here you should find VelheimRSPScache folders as well as some Velheim files; If there are none, then they're placed in the incorrect location. If you have them here but still get the same error; try removing them and let the cache download again by starting a new client. Java Make sure you have the latest Java; remove the current one and make a fresh install. If possible get the 64bit version. Download link Cache Try placing the cache in C:\ Drive if it still doesn't work Extra solutions If you're using the client.jar version, right click and go to security and make sure that the permissions are all allowed.
