Just because there are workarounds over a downgrade does not change the fact that home got downgraded, especially when certain workarounds aren't even close in nature, like having to be on a lookout for PKers isn't the same as being able to chill or multi-task while training prayer at home, nor previously you needed a "perk" for something that was provided to everyone for free,

While I'll concede that I didn't know there was a GE clerk inside the bank, it still doesn't deal with the prayer training issue, not to mention the well bank was instantly visible upon a CTRL+H which was far more convenient. That, and the removal of wellbank has pretty much completely cleared out that outside area of people.

Getting rid of the well bank was unnecessary, considering it gave non-donos access to bank near a GE, and everyone a convenient place to train prayer. @Sandstorm
