The smoke damage on the first phase damages your familiars, pretty sure this should not effect familiars but can't test in rs3 am noob so no bug report :C

@Sprout so basically my titan acts as a tank the whole kill, nex will sit there and claw at titan instead of me ^.^ so I usually spend about 1 pouch every other kill plus the scroll spams  rip titan supplies
