As per request from @Furball, I did some quick additions before bed

 

Construction

• The toy-box in your House can now be opened to display Diango's item storage;
• Added ALL costume room storage's. You can now use them to store all of your excess capes, armours, treasure trail items, costumes and more.
• Diango himself will now be able to auto-transfer all items from your bank directly into those storage's (if you have them built).

Run Energy

• Fixed an issue that caused run energy to deplete twice as fast when running;
• Restoration rate is now 100% exactly like in RuneScape 3, meaning - your current Agility level will heavily determine the restoration rates (at 99 being twice as fast)! Potions help;
• This change will reset everyone's energy back to 0. Perk users - don't worry, it'll regenerate and won't decrease ever again (unless in Wilderness).
