As I mention before, the sever basically needs to be as authentic as possible. Not that I don't like the idea, because I do! But I don't think this one is really required (RS3 if you roll one of those tasks, either you do it or skip/wait for the next reset to be able to reset/reroll). Combat Settings > Option 2, toggle Reaper group assignments. As for the overall suggestion - to Almost Done's point, that doesn't really meet the requirement as originating from RS3 for an authentic experience.
