Arcadiez
Agility is a support skill which gives access to various shortcuts around the map. More shortcuts become accessible as the player's Agility level increases. A higher Agility level also causes the player's energy to recharge quicker naturally, when resting, and when listening to a musician. The main way to gain experience in Agility is for the player to complete an agility course. Agility courses are loops of simple obstacles. The themes and levels required to use a training course are highly varied. Equipment/Items Game perk: https://runescape.wiki/w/Nimble_outfitAgility uses Run Energy while completing obstacles. With the game perk Stamina Stallion for 100VC. You don't have to think about Run Energy outside of Wilderness. Without the perk I recommend you to bring some Energy potions. Energy potion/Energy flask/Energy mix - restores 20% run energy per dose (mix also heals 600 life points per dose) Super energy potion/Super energy flask/Super energy mix - restores 40% run energy per dose (mix also heals 600 life points per dose) Boosting Items: Agility potion/Agility flask/Agility mix - increases Agility level by 3 temporarily (mix also heals 600 life points per dose) Summer pie - heals 2,375 life points in two bites, raises Agility by 5 levels temporarily each bite, and restores 20% run energy each bite The demonic skull can be purchased from the Mage of Zamorak in the Wilderness for 550,000 coins. When worn, it gives increased experience in certain skills while in the Wilderness. A demonic skull icon is shown above the player's head while it is equipped. Hefin Course Multiplier - Complete a lap of the Hefin Agility Course with this in your inventory, and you will receive 1.2x XP. The multiplier is destroyed in the process. Equipment: Agile top - reduces weight by 12 kg (Untradeable) - Get by completing 250 'perfect' (without failing) laps of the Advanced Barbarian Outpost Agility Course Agile legs - reduces weight by 10 kg (Untradeable) - Get by completing 250 perfect laps of the Advanced Gnome Stronghold Agility Course. Wicked outfit from Runespan also Reduces Weight. Agility Cape's perk prevents the player from failing any Agility obstacles, except for the Agility Pyramid sliding bloc Brawling gloves (Agility) (also known as Agility brawling gloves) are obtained as a rare drop from Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon, the Wilderness shared loot table, the Chaos Elemental, as a drop from the rare drop table or from pickpocketing Hefin workers in Prifddinas. When wielded, 50% XP boost is given at the entrance or outside of the Wilderness, with the buff increasing to 300% (4x the experience) at level 47 Wilderness just south of the fence You can also get the Nimble Outfit from SOF. When one item is worn, it gives a slight Agility experience bonus of 1%. When all of the pieces of the set are worn, a 1% set bonus is added; thus, the full 5-piece set provides a total of 6% bonus. Silverhawk boots. Afk Agility Experience. Silverhawk boots - each charge grants the wearer Agility experience equal to 10% of the amount rewarded from a small XP lamp, and charges are used periodically when running and skill training (Untradeable. No level requirements) You can obtain the boots from SOF, Loyalty shop at ;;market (wise old man). Mystery boxes, Raffle, Minigame shop. To charge the boots you need Silverhawk Feathers. can obtain from SOF, Mystery boxes, Minigams shop Aura: You can access Auras in your Equipment Tab Incense sticks Toadflax incense sticks can be consumed to give a 12.5% chance to avoid failing an Agility obstacle. Each incense stick consumed provides 10 minutes of this effect; the duration of the effect can be extended by consuming more sticks. When incense effects are active their potency increases every 10 minutes up to potency 4, which multiplies the effect's strength up to 4 times (50% chance to avoid failing obstacles). Each potency level of Torstol incense sticks provides a 0.5% increase to base XP gain. The potency level will increase every 10 minutes and will reach its maximum at level 4. Overloading consumes 6 sticks but instantly provides the maximum potency (2%). Requires 75 Firemaking to use. Extra Useful Items Enhanced Excalibur is an off-hand sword that is awarded to players who have completed the hard Seers' Village Achievements. The sword is useful for agility courses where players can take damage as it can be used to heal 20% of a player's health over 20 seconds, making it a good replacement for taking food Heated Tea Flask Heals 375hp - 2 minutes cooldown The heated tea flask is an item obtained as a reward from master treasure trails Useful item for healing overtime. Advanced Pulse Core can give up to 10% experience. 1-99 Courses There are two different courses you can start with. The Burthorpe Agility course or the Gnome course. Level 1-30/35 The Burthorpe Agility Course can be found in northeast Burthorpe. This course has no starting requirements, and is in an easy location for new players to begin training the Agility skill. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 38 seconds to complete This course has no starting requirements, and it is recommended that new Agility trainers begin here. The course is located near the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold, north-west of Ardougne. Some energy potions may be helpful for faster training. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 43 seconds to complete Do either of these courses until you reach level 30 or 35 in Agility Level 30/35-52 The Agility Pyramid is located in the Kharidian Desert and requires at least level 30 Agility to begin. Players complete this course by climbing over obstacles to reach the top of the pyramid before sliding down. While this agility training spot is arranged in a repeatable loop. This course takes about 160 seconds to complete The Barbarian Outpost Agility Course is available to players with level 35 Agility. Boosts can be used to squeeze through the entrance tunnel and gain access to the lap-based course at lower levels. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 30 seconds to complete Level 52-77/99+ The wilderness course is one of the best experience rate in game with a Demonic skull. The Wilderness Agilty Course is a lap-based course that requires level 52 Agility to enter. Temporary agility boosts, like an Agility potion and Summer pie, can be used to enter the course. It is located in level 50-53 Wilderness which means players can attack and kill each other. Many players use this course when wearing a pair of brawling gloves (Agility) for their experience-boosting Wilderness bonus. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 40 seconds to complete. Level 77-85/99+ This lap-based agility course can be found in the Hefin district of the elf city(North-West of lodestone), Prifddinas. It requires level 77 Agility and 1850 total to access Prifddinas or the Mellon perk. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 44 seconds to complete. The experience gained increases at each milestone of level 82, 87, 92, 97. Many people do Hefin course to 99 and beyond as it's pretty afkable. Level 85-90 The Advanced Gnome Stronghold Agility Course begins at the same location as the regular Gnome Stronghold Agility Course. Players with level 85 Agility or above can gain access to this path in the course. The benefit of completing the course using the advanced path is a higher experience gain, and the ability to earn Agility weight-reducing equipment, Agile legs, as a reward for completing the course 250 times without failing. Boosts such as a Summer pie can be used to gain access to the advanced path in order to obtain the Agile armour at a lower level. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 40 seconds to complete. Level 90-99 The Advanced Barbarian Outpost Agility Course begins at the same location as the regular Barbarian Outpost Agility Course. However, instead of climbing the Obstacle net, the player runs-up the Wall left to the Obstacle net. Players with level 90 Agility or above can gain access to this path in the course. The benefit of completing the course using the advanced path is a higher experience gain and the ability to earn Agility weight-reducing equipment, Agile top, as a reward for completing the course 250 times without failing. Boosts such as a Summer Pie can be used to gain access to the advanced path in order to obtain the Agile armour at a lower level. With few misclicks and no delays, this course takes about 38 seconds to complete. Special level 35-85 The Anachronia Agility Course is one of the primary ways of getting around Anachronia, requiring Agility levels from 30 to 85 to traverse. The course is divided into seven sections of varying difficulty. Players can travel through the course starting at any obstacle, but they must traverse every obstacle in a row to qualify for the full lap bonus. Due to how spread out some of the obstacles are, there are white markings on signs and obstacles to help determine the path to take. 99+ (200m) The best Experience in game at the moment is using the Wilderness course with boosts and a Demonic Skull (also recommend to use Agility brawlers. Hefin is also a good choice as if you put the camera in a correct view you can just click in one spot making it semi afkable. Hefin Course Multiplier - Complete a lap of the Hefin Agility Course with this in your inventory, and you will receive 1.2x XP. The multiplier is destroyed in the process. Silverhawk boots is a good choice as you will gain experience over time, even when you're skilling something else. Silverhawk boots - each charge grants the wearer Agility experience equal to 10% of the amount rewarded from a small XP lamp, and charges are used periodically when running and skill training (Untradeable. No level requirements) Charming moths are a Hunter creature that can be caught barehanded with level 88 Hunter and 83 Agility. They're found in the hunter section of the Teleport menu. Players can receive gold, green, crimson, and blue charms from catching them. Unlike other butterflies, these cannot be put into butterfly jars after being caught. Remember to do Daily Challenges to get extra Experience towards your Agility grind. Congratulations on achieving level 99 Agility! You are now one step closer to maxing your account! How about getting 120 and achieve the master cape? 5 2 Quote Spoiler Top notch mod response
