Founder Sandstorm Posted November 28, 2022 Founder Share Posted November 28, 2022 Kalphite King The Kalphite King has been fully re-worked to better match the RuneScape's version; His combat styles will now change after each of his last attack patterns special attacks; Special attacts will now occur every 2 basic attacks. Basic attacks have been given their correct timings and visuals; Added all stuns and freezes to each attack that has them on RuneScape; The Wall charge attack will now properly face the Kalphite King in the correct direction, as well as properly execute the 'Tail Whip' if charge did not have enough space; Minions will now spawn on the West side of the arena, 1 minion of each wave will spawn closer to Kalphite King's current target; Beetlejuice, aka the green attack,- has not been added since our combat system does not support it; Added Slaughter, Dismember, Fragmentation, Combust,- damage-over-time effects; Your Protection prayers will now only reduce Kalphite King's damage by 25%; Corrected Kalphite King's max hit-points (from 20,000 to 26,000); Vis Wax The Travelling Merchant will now always sell 25 Vis Wax each time he arrives, with the random chance of having another 100 in his stock for a cheaper price; Hard Clue Scroll caskets now have a chance at yielding 5 Vis Wax; Miscellaneous Area Loot will now stack all stack-able ground items in a single slot and pick-up all items that you can take in a single click; Travelling Merchant item prices have been raised to 2.5m per slot; Fixes You can no longer spawn multiple Mirrorback spiders using the Noxious weapon special attacks. The spider will also disappear instantly if the player logs out early; The War's Retreat teleport (Ctrl+W) will now always place you in the middle of the exit portal; The Book of Death will no longer deal high damage to NPC's with a lot of hitpoints (ie. Still, I agree it being the way it was before was not really deserving of it being one of the biggest end-game bosses, good fixes overall! To do what I've preached.
