Locked GWD2 Bosses - Quick Written Guides.

Quick Guide!

Getting there:

Spoiler

1. Open the Teleportation Menu,


2. In the Bosses section, teleport to War's Retreat (Hub).


3. Re-attune a portal to any of the GWD2 Bosses.


4 (Dependant): If you do NOT have the Greater Gods perk, "traverse" the "Threshold" and get 25 KC.

4 (Dependant): If you DO have the Greater Gods perk, feel free to create an instance and start killing your boss of choice.

Gregorovic: Easy

Recommended:
Prayers:
Normal Prayerbook:  Protect from Range & Piety OR Augury OR Rigour depending on combat style.
Ancient Curses: Soulsplit & Turmoil/Malevolence OR Anguish/Desolation OR Torment/Affliction depending on combat style.
Armour: T70 Hybrid/Power+.
Vampyrism Aura.

Strategies: 
Turn on your Prayers of choice, and auto-retalliate.
Occasionally, Gregorovic will spawn shadow images of himself, these can be ignored.
If you see Gregorovic using his "special move", avoid the tiles where there are black dots.

Notable Drops:
Shadow Glaive.
Off-hand Shadow Glaive.
Crest of Sliske.
Seal of the Faceless (to be given to Zamorak, Zaros, or Seren's representative in the Heart of Gielinor lobby).

 

Twin Furies: Medium (Requires full attention at lower levels, can be FULLY AFK'd)

Prayer:  Protect from Melee & Piety OR Augury OR Rigour depending on combat style.
Ancient Curses: Soulsplit & Turmoil/Malevolence OR Anguish/Desolation OR Torment/Affliction depending on combat style.
Armour: T70 Hybrid/Power+.
Vampyrism Aura.

Strategies: 
Turn on your Prayers of choice, and auto-retalliate.
When Avaryss moves to a side of the arena, you'll need to dodge.
If she jumps to the east/west move at least 3 tiles north or south, if she jumps to the north/south move at least 3 tiles west or east.
When Nymora moves to a specific part of the arena, stand in her general area to avoid the rain.

When both Avaryss and Nymora start chanelling flames between eachother in the centre of the area, you just take the hit.

Note: Furies can be FULLY AFK'd by using T90+ Melee Power armour and T80+ weaponry.
Simply turn on Soulsplit + Turmoil/Malevolence, and auto-retaliate will pull you away from 2 of the 4 charge attacks.

Notable Drops:
Blade of Avaryss.
Blade of Nymora.
Crest of Zamorak.
Seal of the Furies (given to Sliske, Zaros, or Seren's representatives in the Heart of Gielinor Lobby).

Helwyr: Medium

Recommended: 
Prayer:  Protect from Melee & Piety OR Augury OR Rigour depending on combat style.
Ancient Curses: Soulsplit & Turmoil/Malevolence OR Anguish/Desolation OR Torment/Affliction depending on combat style.
Armour: T70 Hybrid/Power+.
Vampyrism Aura.

Strategies: 
Turn on your Prayers of choice, and auto-retalliate.
Whenever you see Helwyr say any quotes, he will make you bleed, taking damage over time. Stay healthy.
Avoid ALL mushrooms that are raised from the ground and emitting their poisonous gas.

Notable Drops:
Wand of the Cywir Elders.
Orb of the Cywir Elders.
Crest of Seren.
Seal of the Cywir (to be given to Zamorak, Zaros, or Sliske's representative in the Heart of Gielinor lobby).

 

Vindicta/Vindicta & Gorvek: Medium

Recommended: 
Prayer:  Protect from Melee & Piety OR Augury OR Rigour depending on combat style.
Ancient Curses: Soulsplit & Turmoil/Malevolence OR Anguish/Desolation OR Torment/Affliction depending on combat style.
Armour: T70 Hybrid/Power+.
Vampyrism Aura.

Strategies: 
Turn on your Prayers of choice, and auto-retalliate.
Occasionally, Gorvek will spawn purple flames in a line, step out of them to avoid taking damage.

Notable Drops:
Dragon Rider Lance.
Crest of Zaros.
Seal of the Dragon Riders (given to Sliske, Seren, or Zamorak's representatives in the Heart of Gielinor Lobby).
