Nex: Angel of Death changes

Fixed (hopefully) and re-worked the drop rolling mechanic. Only the first 7 players will be able to roll on the main table, rate decreases for however many players started the fight. Everyone else gets to roll on secondary table with a 100% item drop. Only 1 wand/orb, 1 codex and 1 pet can be received per kill (you could get 1 of each in a single kill but very unlikely);
There's now a slight delay for her first ability after spawning;
Nex can no longer fire basic Magic attacks for targets further than 18 tiles away (18 tiles is center-border);
Nex's basic Magic attacks will now ignore her main target's defensive stats, meaning, 100% accuracy on her main target. There will also be a 3 tick delay before damage calculates and registers for her main target if within melee reach;
Players that are standing within the quadrant that has no reavers spawned will now get hit for 350 typeless damage each for 3 times;
Blood reavers will now only heal Nex for half their remaining hitpoints, and damage all players in the arena for 50% of the remaining hitpoints split between the amount of players there;
Smoke Walls will now appear after Nex has done ~2 attacks;
Only 1 Ice Prison will now appear for fights that have under 10 players in the arena, and 2 prisons for bigger teams. The chosen players will now get frozen for 10 ticks as well as stunned for 20 ticks, any players standing near the target player will now also get stunned and hit based on their position from the center icicle. These debuffs remove themselves if the icicle is killed before they expire.
