Like the other Dactyl, Kerapac repressed the urge to cause destruction and kill False Users that the dragonkin's connection to the Stone of Jas causes, and instead performed research and experiments in an attempt to sever his connection to it, which led him to the creation of the Queen Black Dragon, and by extension, the entire dragon race. In the Sixth Age, he ended the curse by destroying the Stone with the Mirror. He planned to use The Needle to prevent the Elder Gods from destroying the universe, at the cost of all life on Gielinor. He isn't very diplomatic, though, but he ate a human diplomat when he was a child, that's why he's called "Diplomat". He just wants to eat and doesn't like peace, at first he came to eat everyone at the Jubilee, but because they were friendly, he didn't eat them, because he hasn't got friends at home.
